Develop habit of eating frog every day. And once you eat frog, that will make you happy. Once you complete your important task, it releases dopamine. And that makes you more positive and creative.

think about goals and review every day. focus on the most important goal. list out of 10 goals for next year.

Eat one by one bite of your ugliest frog. Same way does your activates step by step. Plans also play a very important role here. Better the plan you can overcome procrastination. A small amount of plan will save most of the time in a dat. 10 minutes of every morning planning of the day can save up to 2 hours.

Plan the night before for the next day, when you wake up the next morning unconsciously mind will give you creative ideas to complete the work. If you take more time to plan it will be more effective.
Prepare different lists for all purposes. Create one master plan which will have everything and then create separate list for each purpose. Prepare list of important task or goal of year, also prepare list for the month (take list from year) and also prepare list for the week. And finally prepare a list for the day, take it from the weekly list. Complete the most important task from the list and if you cannot complete all the tasks carry that forward on to the next day. Once you complete one task mark that as completed, that will give you positive energy and motivation to complete the rest of all the tasks for the day/month/year.
